3. The company treats all customers equally and guarantees to provide the same quality service to all customers.

4. The company strictly keeps state secrets, trade secrets and technical secrets for customers. Ensure that the business information, technical documents and data results of customers are not used by third parties, let alone for the company's technical development work. The confidential information, company ownership, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of customers shall be well protected. No employee shall disclose state secrets and customers' technical and commercial secrets, and shall not make use of customers' technical and commercial secrets for profit; Except as required by law, all personnel of the organization, including subcontractors, personnel of external organizations and individuals working on behalf of the inspection organization, shall keep confidential all information obtained or generated in the technical service activities.

5. The company's technical personnel shall be honest and trustworthy, independently carry out the testing / inspection / calibration work, and shall not participate in the product design, development, production, supply, installation, use, maintenance activities, technical consultation, promotion and operation related to the testing / inspection / calibration project or similar competitive projects. Do not participate in any activities that damage the independence and integrity of their judgment. It is not allowed to seek personal gain or engage in any activities detrimental to the fair image of the company.

6. Inspectors shall inspect food in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, food standards and food inspection specifications, respect science, abide by professional ethics, ensure that the inspection data and conclusions issued are objective and fair, and shall not issue false inspection data and reports. When it is found that the inspected food is polluted by toxic and harmful substances, contains unknown substances or non food raw materials, or has other situations that seriously do not meet the food safety standards, which may cause food safety accidents, it is not allowed to release information without authorization, so as to safeguard the national interests.

7. All personnel who may affect the testing / inspection / calibration activities, whether internal or external, shall act fairly and shall not work in more than two testing institutions at the same time. The authorized signer of inspection and testing shall meet the requirements of relevant technical ability. Where laws or administrative regulations have other provisions on the qualification or prohibition of the practice of inspection and testing personnel or authorized signers, such provisions shall prevail.

8. It is forbidden to recommend products to the society, carry out product supervision and marketing, and recommend food to consumers in the form of advertisement.

9. The group headquarters shall not use any administrative or economic pressure to interfere with the independence, impartiality and honesty of the subsidiary's work, and the corresponding branches shall bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.

10. Those who violate the above provisions shall be given criticism, education or administrative punishment by the directly responsible person and relevant personnel, and shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
