In order to strengthen the management of cosmetics, National Medical Products Administration has issue announcement about the implementation of cosmetics registration and Record testing work specification, to ensure open, fair equitable and scientific work of cosmetics registration and Record testing. Pony Testing is a cosmetic testing institution designated by China Food and Drug Administration to provide one-stop technical services for cosmetic sellers and manufacturers. The specific registration imspection items are as follows
1、 9 Required inspection items for cosmetic record：
Five microorganisms: aerobic bacterial count, fecal coliform, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, mold and yeast
Four heavy metals: arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium
2、 Risk substances & physical and chemical indicators that may be added：

According to the raw materials used in cosmetics and the characteristics of the products, National Medical Products Administration can require add related inspection items for products that may contain substances with safety risks, when it is necessary after safety risk assessment.
