Product Inspection - PPI/DPI/FRI (PSI)

Product Inspection is including Pre-Production Inspection (PPI), During Production Inspection (DPI) , Final Random Inspection (FRI) and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). 

PPI is focus on the inspection of raw materials, accessories, semi-finished products and first article, to verify the conformity of the product with the specifications and requirements from client, at the same time, to check the quantity of raw materials, review the production plan, production status, capacity, production technology and personnel arrangement.

DPI is usually performed at 20% of the products finished. Inspector will check the finished and semi-finished products, and point out the defects during production. This service helps to find out defects and potential issues, and make timely corrections at the beginning of production.

FRI/PSI is usually performed at 100% of products finished and at least 80% packed. Inspector will conduct random sampling to check quantity, style, color, size, specification, workmanship, appearance, function, safety, packaging, labeling and marking etc. to verify conformity with requirements from clients.
